What happens after you sign up for a course
Immediately After Registering
An email confirmation from Smarter Me (hello@smarterme.sg) will be sent to the email that you used to sign up at www.smarterme.sg.
This will contain information of the course you signed up for and the class dates.
If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.
1 Week Before Class
You will receive a few emails from Smarter Me and VEDAMO.
If you do not receive any, please check your spam folder and add hello@smarterme.sg and Vedamo to your contact list.
A. New account registration
This contains your log in ID and initial password.
To update your profile and change your password, simply click on the link in the email, or go to https://smarterme.vedamo.com. Click on <Accounts & settings> on the left panel.
1 Day Before Class
A. Class reminder email (1 day before class)
B. Class reminder email (10 minutes before class)
You can only join the video class 10 minutes before the class start time. Simply click on the link in this email, or log in to smarterme.vedamo.com, go to <Dashboard> and click on <Virtual Classroom> in your calendar.
