Cancellations and refunds
We really want children to have the opportunity to learn future skills. But we also understand that it's hard to commit to a course if you're not sure what you're in for, and whether it's good.
Which is why we have a fuss-free money-back-guarantee policy.
- If you need to cancel more than one week in advance of a class, you will receive a full refund.
- For our Mastery Courses (12-week courses), you can request for a FULL refund after the first lesson if you're not satisfied with the lesson. Just cancel your class within 24 hours after the first lesson ends, by logging in to your account and cancelling it from your dashboard calendar at Smarter Me., or emailing us at email@example.com to request for a refund.
- If the class is cancelled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund. If it is rescheduled to a new timing, existing enrollments will automatically be carried over, but you may request for a refund instead.
Our students' happiness and learning outcome is of utmost importance to us. If you're not happy with a course, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll find a way to make it right.
