      Must I join one of the Bootcamp Weekends?

      No, you don't have to.

      However, we always get alot of questions on "Will my idea work? Does it make sense?" , "How do I create it?", "I can't find people to join me. Where do I find teammates?"

      This is where you can get first-hand insights on whether your business idea works, how to make it work, what to pivot to (if needed). For those of you who don't have a team yet, this is the platform to find other teammates.

      The top 80% of participants will be accepted to the Semi-Finals of Young Founders Summit.

      We understand that the timing of either bootcamp might not work. Which is why you have another options:

      The Online Pathway

      It's a one-time, SGD 99.00 single participation fee for a team (up to 5 members). You will get everything you need to prepare your winning pitch:

      1. Smarter Me's on-demand lessons covering the entrepreneurship topics which we generally cover in our Bootcamps: Ideation, Selection criteria, Market targeting and sizing, Customer design and interviews, Competitive analysis, Lean Canvas, and Making Money. We expect teams to take 15 - 25 hours from start until 31 August 2019 to go through these videos and work on the assignments given to prepare your pitch deck
      2. A Starter Account with AWS Educate :
        1. USD50 worth of AWS credits, with which you can consume cloud services available on AWS
        2. Access to AWS Educate's curated content to learn about Cloud Computing, App Developer, Web Development Engineer, Machine Learning Scientist
        3. Earn digital badges (Cloud Literacy, Robomaker, DeepRacer, Alexa, Gaming and more) that showcases your digital skills
      3. Downloadable resources which you can use to prepare your pitch deck
      4. Digital Certificate of Completion

      If your team is selected for the Semi-Finals, then there is an addition SGD150.00 payable per person to attend the Semi-Finals. This gives you:

      • Online mentorship with a paired entrepreneur / industry expert / MBA (at least 4 hours over 8 weeks in August - September 2019)
      • Tour China's Silicon Valley and visit to a famous tech company
      • Lunch and networking dinner at Young Founders Summit Asia 2019 in Beijing
      • Opportunity to win USD10,000 of cash

      Even if you don't make it to the Semi-Finals, you will still get:

      • A certificate of completion of Young Founders Summit Entrepreneurship Course
